刘帅康，男，中共党员，2024年12月毕业于西北农林科技大学植物营养学专业，获农学博士学位。2025年2月进入枣庄学院生命科学学院工作。主要从事作物水氮高效利用栽培与耕作技术的相关研究。近年来以第一作者身份在《Agricultural Water Management》、《Soil & Tillage Research》、《麦类作物学报》等国内外学术期刊上发表多篇论文。
