邱悦，男，中共党员，2023年6月毕业于南京工业大学生物材料专业，获工学博士学位。2024年8月进入枣庄学院生命科学学院工作。主要从事秸秆生物质的材料化利用以及生物沼气生产过程的碳固定。近年来在《Separation and Purification Technology》、《Environmental  Technology》、《Journal of Biobased Materials and Bioenergy》、《Journal of Environmental Management》等学术期刊上发表论文多篇。
